- 10/2015: Dr. Su received a three-year grant from NASA (NRA) for developing multi-fidelity structural and aeroelastic tools in support of aircraft conceptual designs.

- 02/2013: Dr. Su established the “Aeroelasticity and Structural Dynamics Research Laboratory” at the University of Alabama.
